Tenthwave won Bahlsen, a cookie company from Germany, as a new client in 2016. Here’s what I did:

– Producing on-boarding processes and documents for client and internal use
– Daily community management for the Bahlsen Facebook & Instagram pages (USA)
– Working with Creative team to implement monthly content calendar
– Planning Facebook campaign schedule
